Learn stress relief techniques for caregivers at MCPL Spencer Branch
Being a caregiver to others can be both rewarding and challenging, and oftentimes caregivers fail to take the time to care for themselves and de-stress. The Marathon County Public Library can help with that during its “Take Care of Caregivers” program happening on May 17 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the library’s Spencer Branch, 105 S. Park St., Spencer.
Julie Lucko from Wausau’s Mount View Care Center will share tips and techniques for caregivers to relieve stress involved in day-to-day care. Lucko will also discuss details regarding obtaining Power of Health Care legal status. Attendees will also have time to ask questions after the presentation.
