MCPL Marathon City Branch to offer scratch art program March 5-10
Elementary school kids can craft their own scratch art creations any time between March 5-10 at the Marathon County Public Library’s Marathon City Branch, 515 Washington St., Marathon City.
Throughout the week, kids can stop into the branch any time that it is open to make their own pictures and bookmarks using scratch art paper, which is coated black paper that features a rainbow of colors once you scratch away the black coating. Kids can make pictures and bookmarks with this special paper, with all supplies provided.
