The Friends of the Marathon County Public Library is in the process of moving to its new area in the lower level of the library. Help them with a lighter load and get some great deals on books and much more on December 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau. The sale will continue on December 2, also from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This two-day sale has more to offer than just outrageously-good deals on books, audiobooks, DVDs and music CDs (including getting an entire bag of books for just $1!) The Friends of MCPL will also be selling off tables, lamps, shelving and other large furniture and fixtures. All funds raised will go to support the Marathon County Public Library.

Please note that if you’re interested in purchasing books and other materials, please bring your own bag(s). If you intend purchase tables, shelves or the other bigger materials, please be prepared to haul it out that day.
