Visit MCPL Wausau for free screenings of Disney’s “Moana”
Children and families are invited to spend part of their spring break watching Disney’s “Moana” at the Marathon County Public Library! MCPL will screen the 2016 film on March 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at its Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau. “Moana” is about an adventurous teenager who is inspired to leave the safety and security of her island and embark on a daring journey to save her people. Drawn to the ocean, Moana convinces the mighty demigod Maui to join her mission to find a precious long-lost artifact. Together, they voyage across the open sea on an action-packed adventure, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds along the way. Rated PG, with a running time of 113 minutes.
