Meditation, Mindfulness and You

You may have heard or read about the many health benefits of mindfulness training and meditation. To learn more, you’re invited to attend a free program presented by Heather Van Dalfsen from 5 Koshas Yoga and Wellness on March 29 from 9:30 -11:00 am at the United Way office. Find out about the many benefits of meditation and mindfulness for your overall health and well-being. You will practice gentle movements, breathing techniques and guided relaxation to prepare your body and mind for seated meditation. This is part of the Retirement Well-Being series presented by United Way Retired and Senior Volunteer Program.
