See classic holiday tale performed by musicians at MCPL Wausau
WAUSAU – During the winter break enjoy this special theatrical presentation starring some of MCPL’s favorite Summer Library Program performers! Children’s musicians Ken Lonnquist, Tom Pease and others will perform the classic Yuletide tale of “Old Befana” on December 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
2016 marks the 30-year anniversary of Lonnquist and Pease performing “Old Befana,” which will captive audiences with its story and songs and engage attendees through some audience participation. In the theatrical show, a special child is coming that will bring peace to the world and make it a better place. Will the child be a boy or a girl, rich or poor? The child could even be YOU!
