MCPL Wausau to screen film about the life of Mister Rogers on Dec. 4

Mr. Rogers has been a beloved figure of children’s television for decades. Now, see a new documentary about his life and career on December 4 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
This acclaimed 2018 documentary paints a portrait of the life and work of beloved children’s entertainer Fred Rogers of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. This emotional and moving film takes viewers beyond the zip-up cardigans and the land of make-believe and into the heart of a creative genius who inspired generations of children with compassion and limitless imagination! Rated PG-13, with a running time of 94 minutes.
