MCPL Edgar Branch to offer Peanuts-themed story time April 30
You know the Peanuts gang from Charles Schulz’s long-running comic strip and numerous holiday television specials. Now, they’re helping us celebrate Children’s Book Week with a special story time on April 30 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Edgar Branch, 224 S. Third Ave., Edgar.
Kids and families will hear “Peanuts”-themed stories read by library staff and then can participate in games, crafts and other fun activities related to these lovable comic characters, including Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, Woodstock and more! This event is held in observation of Children’s Book Week, running April 30 through May 6!
