See film adaptation of best-selling book Wonder at MCPL Wausau

Kids and families can sit back, relax and enjoy a free movie screening at the Marathon County Public Library during Spring Break! MCPL will screen the 2017 film adaptation of the book Wonder on March 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
The movie, based on the best-selling book by R.J. Palacio, tells the inspiring and heartwarming story of Auggie Pullman (Jacob Tremblay), a boy with facial differences who enters fifth grade at a mainstream elementary school after previously being homeschooled. The film also stars Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson, is rated PG and has a running time of 113 minutes.
