MCPL Wausau’s monthly Pokémon Club for tweens to resume Feb. 1
Pokémon seems to be everywhere you look, from the popular trading card game to the anime series to the popular Pokémon GO app. The Marathon County Public Library will continue to give Poké-fans a place to gather with its monthly Pokémon Club beginning February 1 from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. at MCPL’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau!
Different Pokémon-related activities will be offered each month, along with the opportunity to play the trading card game and (with parental permission) trade your cards with other players. Don’t know how to play the game? Borrow some of our cards and we’ll teach you how! This club is geared for upper elementary and middle school-aged, but open to kids of all ages.
