Kids can bring their graphic novel ideas to life at MCPL Wausau

Do your kids love graphic novels like “Smile,” “Sisters,” “Roller Girl,” “Big Nate,” or “Amulet?” Have they ever wanted to make their own? Now they can! The Marathon County Public Library will host its “Create Your Own Graphic Novel” program on December 12 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at its Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Kids and tweens will about the basic elements of a story and the components of a comic book. Then, attendees will put the two together to create their own start to a graphic novel! All supplies will be provided.
