Learn how to use Facebook during free class at MCPL Wausau
Do you ever feel like you’re missing out on things because you’re not on Facebook? Would you like to learn how to use Facebook to better connect with family and friends? The Marathon County Public Library will host “Library Learning: Facebook Fundamentals, Part 1” on October 10 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and again on October 11 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the MCPL Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Attendees of the class will learn how to create a Facebook account, fill out their profile, find friends and post status updates. A follow-up to the class, “Facebook Fundamentals, Part 2,” will be held on October 24 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. and October 25 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Part 2 of will pick up where the first class leaves off, and it is recommended that folks attend both sessions.
