Visit MCPL Athens Branch for weekly fiber arts program
Adults wanting to socialize while also being productive can visit the Marathon County Public Library every Tuesday afternoon for “Stitching an Enlightened World Together!” MCPL will host this fun fiber arts program every Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. beginning September 5 at its Athens Branch, 221 Caroline St., Athens.
Patrons of any skill level can visit the branch to work on their own fiber arts projects or to learn skills from other experienced crafters, including using hooks, punches and needles. There will also be plenty of opportunity to socialize and get to know others!
