Paper Cities Kennel Club purebred dog demo
The Paper Cities Kennel Club (PCKC) will be holding its annual demonstration of purebred dogs on Saturday, Feb. 11,9 a.m. -5 p.m., at the Wausau Center Mall, 301 Washington Street, Wausau, Wisconsin. Owners and breeders will be on-hand with their dogs so this is a great opportunity for the public to talk to them about training, grooming, and the breeds that might be right for their lifestyle. Some of the breeds that are anticipated to be present include the Belgian Malinois, Boston Terrier, Clumber Spaniel, Collie, Dachshund, Doberman Pinscher, French Bulldog, Miniature Pinscher, Newfoundland, Portuguese Water Dog, and Samoyed. Therapy Dogs International Chapter 184 will also be present.
Schedule of Events Throughout the Day in the Center Mall Area.
- 10:30 a.m.: Parade of Breeds.
- Noon: Obedience and Rally Demonstrations.
- 1:30 p.m.: Tricks Demonstrations; Canine Freestyle/Dancing.
- 2:30 p.m.: Bite Prevention.
- 3:30 p.m.: Parade of Breeds.
