Adorn a candle holder with a stained glass design at MCPL Wausau
Join the Marathon County Public Library for a fun do-it-yourself craft project that will allow folks to transform a plain votive candle holder into a colorful masterpiece! The library will offer its “MCPL DIY: Stained Glass Votive Candle Holder” program on Dec. 7 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. and again from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Participants will use tissue paper, Mod Podge, and metallic paint markers to create decorative stained glass designs on a plain votive candle holder to keep for themselves or give as gifts – no artistic ability required! All supplies will be provided.
