A bus load of honored Military Veterans, from The Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, took the field bus trip to Denny’s in Rothschild on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. They visited with the Veterans at the Veterans Weekly Cup-of-Coffee meeting.
The Veterans were very happy to attend the Cup of Coffee meeting. They enjoyed talking about their service to our group of 90 Veterans.
We thank the King Veterans Home for honoring their service and arranging their visit. We invited them back for at least an annual field trip. A big thank you to Rib Mountain Glass for sponsoring their meals.
