Healthcare Providers Needed! The Red Cross’s Disaster Health Services Team volunteers use their professional skills to deliver hands-on care and education to shelter residents. Free online training will be provided and can count toward nursing continuing education units. If the need arises, volunteers are asked to commit to shifts of 4 to 12 hours each. Donation Pick Up Drivers Needed! Habitat for Humanity is looking for volunteers to drive their 20-foot box truck to pick up donations along with a ride-along volunteer. Together, teams will be responsible for loading donations at the donor’s location (donations will be at ground level and outside the home, no stairs) and unloading donations at the Habitat for Humanity store location.
