Help children in need in Marathon County through Fill A Backpack Fill A Need (FABFAN) –
for the wausau times
The Workplace Volunteer Council’s signature project, Fill A Backpack Fill A Need (FABFAN), offers an opportunity for *eligible children in Marathon County to receive a new, FREE, backpack and school supplies. Over 7,500 students are eligible this year. Help us help them. Let’s start their school year off on the right foot with needed supplies.
*Eligible children must be entering 4K through 8th grade and qualify for free or reduced lunch at school based on family income and size.
Donate NEW School Supplies: Durable, Large Backpacks Colored washable markers (8-12 count box) Colored pencils (12 count box) Crayons (24 count box) *Wide-lined single subject notebooks *2-pocket folders *Red, blue, green & yellow notebooks + folders requested by teachers #2 Pencils Highlighters Large pink erasers Dry erase markers Washable glue Washable glue sticks Scissors (blunt or pointed).

Other Donation Delivery Locations –
July 25 from 9 am to 7 pm: Donations can be delivered to the Central Wisconsin Convention and Expo Center, 10101 Market Street, Rothschild, WI 54474 (backside of building – look for overhead garage door on building).
Weekdays in July, August, and September from 8 am to 5 pm: Donations can be delivered to the front lobby of J & D Tube Benders, 8951 Enterprise Way, Schofield, WI 54476.
