Transformational Leadership graduates to be recognized Aug. 27

WAUSAU — The first group of local individuals has completed the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce’s nine-month Transformational Leadership program and will be recognized at a ceremony to be held at the Wausau Country Club on Aug. 27.
 
The 41 graduates include: Kristopher Arrowood, Nick Bernett, Joshua Boyle, Gary Broesch, Nina Conn, Patrick Connors, Jennifer Cordy, Morgan Dodson, Tracy Doucette, Ashley Dupuis-Bohman, Jennifer Fecteau, Sandra Ferg-Weisner, Kate Florek, Josh Ford, Rosetta Ford, Ashley Hawley, Molly Jacobs, Heidi Johnson, Tad Klabacha, Jennifer Koback, Tyler Krombholz, James McGrath, Mike Melcher, Jason Morris, Lisa Myles, Nathan Nueske, Brian Otten, Ellen Prahl, Cameron Saylor, Linda Schmid, James Schreiber, Dawn Schroder-Silvela, Andrew Shallow, Todd Shnowske, Taylor Smith, Sarah Thuot, Michelle Van Krey, Jordyn Wadle and Eric Wenninger.
 
The chamber will offer another Transformational Leadership session beginning in September. The program will include nine sessions totaling more than 70 hours of interactive learning and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
 
“The program is designed build an arsenal of personal growth strategies for participants, equipping them with the ability to create and inspire change in themselves, their organizations and the community. Individuals at any level of leadership will benefit from a better understanding of their personal leadership style and the impact each participant has on those around them. Participants should be ready to be challenged beyond their comfort zones through a series of both educational and hands-on experiences,” a chamber release said.
