Visit MCPL Wausau for ‘peculiar’ art event for kids on September 11

Children in grades K-5 are invited to the Marathon County Public Library for a mix of fun stories and art activities on September 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.

Grade-school children are invited to hear books about artwork read by library staff and then work on our own unique paintings! Try some peculiar painting techniques with a variety of materials, including bubbles, magnets, and other odd tools! All supplies will be provided.
