Folks in the Athens area can get out of the house and converse with others during our weekly Fiber Arts program beginning January 2 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Athens Branch, 221 Caroline St., Athens.
Every Tuesday through March 27, folks can stop in to the Athens Branch Library to work on their own fiber arts projects, including knitting, crocheting, quilting, cross-stitching and more. Folks can swap ideas, learn from one another or just socialize for fun! Folks can bring their own supplies, though yarn and limited other supplies will be provided.
This event is free and open to the public with no registration required. For more information, call 715-257-7292 or visit https://mcpl.us/events/4317.
