To go along with their summer theme of "Libraries Rock,” patrons in and around Mosinee are invited to get creative with a special event on June 7 from noon to 8 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Mosinee Branch, 123 Main St., Mosinee.
Folks of all ages are invited to decorate rocks with paint, sharpies, oil paint markers (or you can even bring in your own materials!) Give a rock as a gift or show off your artistic skills and adorn your home or office with your painted rock. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and all supplies will be provided.
This program will be held at the Mosinee Branch on the first Thursday of each month throughout the summer, with future sessions on July 5 and August 2, also from noon to 8 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public with no registration required. For more information, call 715-693-2144 or visit https://mcpl.us/events/4833.
