Ascension St. Clare’s Hospital and Medical College Physicians are pleased to welcome nephrologist, Natasha Vanchinathan, MD, to their internal medicine department. Dr. Vanchinathan sees patients at 3301 Cranberry Boulevard in Weston.
Dr. Vanchinathan is board-certified in internal medicine and provides acute, chronic and preventive care to adults who are 18 years old and older, including geriatric populations. She has a special interest in treating and preventing kidney stones and all acute or chronic kidney diseases. Dr. Vanchinathan has specific training in dialysis and kidney transplant management. She also helps patients manage hard-to-control blood pressure, electrolyte abnormalities and autoimmune diseases. Dr. Vanchinathan hopes to create long-lasting relationships with her patients to understand their unique needs and provide the most comprehensive care possible. She explores different prevention and treatment options to help her patients achieve their individual health goals.
Dr. Vanchinathan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and her medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, and her nephrology fellowship at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
