Meet a real-life firefighter at MCPL Marathon City Branch

Celebrate Prevention Week is October then the Marathon County Public Library hosts a special fire prevention story time on October 13 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Marathon City Branch Branch, 515 Washington St., Marathon City.

Attendees will hear stories about firemen and fire safety and then meet a real-life firefighter who will talk about his job and about fire prevention. This event is in recognition of Fire Prevention Week, happening October 8-14.
