MCPL Wausau HQ to kick off LEGO Block Parties on January 9

Kids in the Wausau area can get creative with the Marathon County Public Library’s LEGO Block Party! MCPL will host the monthly program beginning January 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at its Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.

At each session, children of all ages and their families can design and build creative structures using LEGOs at the library. All blocks will be provided, with participants having the opportunity to build structures as large or small as they desire.

This program will recur on the second Monday of each month throughout the winter and spring, with future dates including:

• 2/13/2017, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. @ MCPL Wausau
• 3/13/2017, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. @ MCPL Wausau
• 4/10/2017, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. @ MCPL Wausau
• 5/8/2017, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. @ MCPL Wausau
