MCPL Rothschild Branch to offer Saturday morning magnet painting

Posted

It’s February, and cabin fever is likely setting in for many families. Kids and their parents/caregivers can get out of the house and make painted magnets on February 2 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Marathon County Public Library’s Rothschild Branch, 211 Grand Ave., Rothschild.

This program blends art and science by combining magnets, paint, and household objects to create a pretty picture! Kids can channel their creativity into their magnets, and learn a thing or two about how they work. Recommended for preschool-age children and older, with all supplies provided.

This event is free and open to the public with no registration required. For more information, call 715-359-6208 or visit https://mcpl.us/events/7316.
