Make decorative spring flowers for your home at MCPL Wausau

Spring is here, and the Marathon County Public Library is celebrating by showing adults how to make a beautiful cotton swab flower to decorate their home with on May 2 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and again from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.

Participants will create a flower using a Styrofoam ball, cotton swabs and floral wire, and then will dye them with food coloring. This will be a fun (yet simple) way to add a pop of color and some spring style to your home!
