Get Money Smart MCPL Marathon City Branch’s financial story time

MARATHON CITY – Parents can bring their kids to the Marathon County Public Library to learn all about saving money during MCPL’s Get Money Smart story time on April 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Marathon City Branch Library, 515 Washington St., Marathon City.

The morning will start out with money-themed stories, with kids receiving a book, crayons and coloring pages on a first come, first serve basis. This event is in celebration of Money Smart Week (April 22-29) and is made possible through a partnership with the Get $mart Wausau Coalition.

The Get Money Smart story time will be held at other MCPL branches throughout the latter half of April, including:

• Thu., 4/27/17, 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. @ MCPL Hatley Branch
• Thu., 4/29/17, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. @ MCPL Wausau Headquarters
