Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc. Supports Local Veterans

Buska Retirement Solutions in Wausau has sponsored coffee at the Veterans Weekly Cup-of-Coffee group meetings once a month since July.  Stephanie Grauden, Marketing Director at Buska visited the group on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 to personally thank them for their service. Doug Wendt, Health Insurance Consultant and Logan Woller, Private Wealth Advisor and Retirement Plan Consultant from Buska also attended previous meeting to honor the veterans.

In the last 12 years the group has grown to over 730 members and over 85 of them    attend the weekly Wednesday 10:00 am meeting at Denny’s in Rothschild. The meetings offer a safe place for veterans to gather and enjoy a cup of coffee, a meal and camaraderie. Guest speakers offer veteran services and support. The group provides information of interest to veterans and moral support for each other.

The group also provides assistance with needed resources including free meal delivery to veterans. The group has donated over 1700 meals to Wausau area veterans and their families to thank them for their service. Veterans of any age or era are welcome at the meetings. “Just grab a chair and say hello”.
