Shot put school record stays in the family
Brooke Neumann, a sophomore at Northland Lutheran High School, Kronenwetter, broke the school shot put record in their third track meet of the season. On Tuesday, April 2. Brooke threw a hefty 37’ 3”, edging out her sister Melissa’s record which was set in 2016. Coincidentally, the record Melissa broke belonged to their mother, Jodi (Bartel) Neumann, and was set in 1989.
