Visit MCPL Wausau for monthly Pokémon Club for kids

Calling all Pokémon Trainers! Kids in elementary and middle school who love Pokemon can attend a monthly club that will next meet on January 3 from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
The club will offer a different Pokémon-related activity each month, and there will be the opportunity for attendees to play the Pokémon trading card game. With parental permission, you can also trade Pokémon cards! If you don’t know how to play, come and learn! Bring your own deck or borrow one of ours – come catch ’em all!
This club is open to upper-elementary school and middle school-aged kids. The club will meet on the first Thursday of each month, with future sessions scheduled for February 7, March 7, April 4 and May 2.
This event is free and open to the public with no registration required. For more information, call 715-261-7220 or visit https://mcpl.us/events/7292.
