REGI to speak at raptor education event at MCPL Wausau

Members of the Raptor Education Group, Inc. (REGI) will speak about their organization and educate the public on various kinds of raptors on October 16 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Based in Antigo, WI, REGI rehabilitates injured raptors and educates the public about the important role that raptors play in the ecosystem. They will talk about all types of raptors, including owls, eagles and hawks, and share information about the important work they do. The group will bring some special feathered guests with them as well!
