MCPL Wausau to offer geology lab with fossils, volcanos and more

Are you a kid that’s interested in volcanoes, rocks, and fossils? Then visit the Marathon County Public Library for a hands-on geology lab on October 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Kids in grades K-5 can join us for a variety of science crafts and experiments, including making geodes, erupting a volcano using 3-D paint, creating your own fossils and more! Free, with all supplies provided.
