JH Findorff & Son Inc to hold ribbon cutting

JH Findorff & Son Inc will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of a new location at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 9 at 3300 Eagle Avenue.

Beginning in 1890, the company has established itself as a leading builder in the Midwest. The company employs about 1,000 people between its Madison and Milwaukee offices. Nearly five decades ago, Sentry Insurance and Findorff began a long-term partnership in central Wisconsin. Findorff completed the Sentry Insurance’s headquarters and since that time has worked on dozens of projects for the company. Most recently, the 1501 Office building adjacent to the main office building is underway and expected to be complete in December.

“While we have been completing projects in the Wausau and Stevens Point areas for years, we were anxious to open an office with a dedicated team to serve those local clients.” Said Joe Schuchardt, Senior Project Manager and Wausau office lead.

The demand for quality craftsmanship continues to increase in central Wisconsin, resulting in an opportunity for Findorff to expand its services. The company’s newest office in Rib Mountain, is actively pursuing work in healthcare, education, corporate and government facilities.

“We believe Findorff’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service and community service are an excellent fit for the Wausau area. We are excited to continue our growth in the area while serving our current clients, as well as developing new opportunities.” said Jeff McLean, Vice President.
