Traveling Vietnam War Memorial Wall comes to MCPL Spencer Branch

Though the Vietnam War ended more than 40 years ago, it has left a lasting impression on those who lived through the conflict or who served in the war. During the week of September 24-28, the Marathon County Public Library will host the unique Vietnam War traveling wall at its Spencer Branch, 105 S. Park St., Spencer.
This traveling Vietnam War memorial wall features the photos of Wisconsin veterans killed in the line of duty during the Vietnam War. An opening ceremony will be held for the wall at 6 p.m. on September 24. During the rest of the week, folks can stop in to the branch any time it is open to view the wall. This exhibit is provided courtesy of the Wisconsin Veterans Museum in Madison.
This event is free and open to the public with no registration required. For more information, call 715-659-3996 or visit https://mcpl.us/events/5240.
