Spruce up your home with decorative flower made at MCPL Hatley Branch

The Marathon County Public Library is celebrating the changing of the seasons by showing adults how to make a beautiful cotton swab flower to decorate their home with on October 2 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Hatley Branch, 435 Curtis Ave., Hatley.
Participants will create a flower using a Styrofoam ball, cotton swabs and floral wire, and then will dye them with food coloring. This will be a fun (yet simple) way to add a pop of color and some unique style to your home! All supplies will be provided.
This event is free and open to teens and adults with no registration required. For more information, call 715-446-3537 or visit https://mcpl.us/events/5251.
