River Valley Insurance names new president

Bryan Troyer recently joined River Valley Insurance as the president of the agency. He is responsible for overseeing the growth of the agency, enhancing the customer experience, and providing customers with valuable insight to assess and manage their insurance coverages. Troyer brings over 30 years of insurance experience including sales, underwriting, product development, account services and executive management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and is licensed producer of life, health, property and casualty insurance in several states. Troyer also has significant volunteer experience with local organizations such as United Way, Wausau Childcare and the Wausau Woodchucks. Although his office will be located in Wausau, he will work closely with the insurance associates located in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula to service customers across the United States.
