Learn how to compost during presentation at MCPL Rothschild Branch
If you’ve thought about composting but don’t know where to start, the Marathon County Public Library can help! MCPL will offer its “All About Composting” program on May 31 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the library’s Rothschild Branch, 211 Grand Ave., Rothschild.
Paul Kage, Wausau’s Urban Community Garden Coordinator, will talk about how to compost successfully. Attendees will learn how to create compost in their very own backyard, as well as the basics of vermicomposting (composting with worms). Time will also be set aside at the end of the presentation for questions.
This event is free and open to the public with no registration required. For more information, call 715-359-6208 or visit https://mcpl.us/events/4853.
