Marathon County Crime Stoppers is attempting to learn who stole tools from two different construction sites in the City of Wausau.
On the weekend of April 28, 2018, thieves broke into a house in the 1100 block of N. 9th Avenue in Wausau and stole a Graco High Boy paint sprayer, a 24 oz. Stiletto hammer, a 40 piece Makita drill bet set, and a 22 oz. Stanley waffle hammer.
The next weekend, someone broke into a home in the 1200 block of Prospect Avenue and stole a 12” Bosch chop saw with a stand, another Bosch saw, a Bosch nail gun, a 19” Craftsman table saw, a drywall lift, a Milwaukee Skill saw, a Campbell Hausfeld nail gun, a bathroom sink and counter, and a paint ladder.
Due to the size of some of the items, it is believed more than one person was involved in these thefts.
