Celebrate the women who shaped Marathon Co. at MCPL Hatley Branch
Celebrate Women’s History Month by attending a free presentation about influential female figures from Marathon County’s past! The Marathon County Public Library will offer a presentation on “Women of Marathon County” on March 22 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at its Hatley Branch, 435 Curtis Ave., Hatley.
Anna Chilsen Straub from the Marathon County Historical Society will present a slideshow highlighting important women that made profound contributions to Marathon County over the 19th and 20th centuries, helping shape the area into what it has become today.
