Join MCPL Wausau for Read Across America program on Feb. 17
Whether your name’s Sam, or whether you like green eggs and ham, all are welcome to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday and the Read Across America program! The Marathon County Public Library will offer this special event on February 17 from 10:30 a.m. until noon at the library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Kids and families can expect our annual reader’s theater presentation of the Seuss classic Green Eggs and Ham, followed by the reading of a variety of multicultural stories as we celebrate a nation of diverse readers. An assortment of crafts and other activities will also be available to do after the stories!
