MCPL Rothschild Branch to offer paper ornament craft Dec. 14
Give your tree a literary touch this holiday season with some handmade ornaments crafted at your local library! The Marathon County Public Library will offer its “DIY Paper Holiday Ornaments” event on December 14 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at its Rothschild Branch, 211 N. Grand Ave., Rothschild.
Participants will repurpose outdated and recycled book pages to use as the main material for the ornament. Through a combination of origami, double-sided tape, foil paper and other craft supplies, attendees will transform the pages into beautiful decorative ornaments. All supplies will be provided.
