Learn how to dye fabrics using veggies at MCPL Rothschild Branch
Did you know you can use vegetables for much more than just eating? Learn how to use them to dye a variety of fibers on November 11 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Marathon County Public Library’s Rothschild Branch, 211 N. Grand Ave., Rothschild.
During this free informational presentation, adults will learn the basics of dyeing different fabrics using natural dyes derived from red cabbage, onions, carrot greens, beets and more. Attendees will also learn how to create dyes using spices from their very own kitchen!
