With winter headed our way, you might think your access to fresh herbs will come to a halt. Think again! Learn how to grow fresh herbs all winter long during a free presentation on October 16 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Edgar Branch, 224 S. Third Ave., Edgar.
Master Gardener Eileen Riehle will teach folks how to grow fresh herbs indoors and how take care of their plants throughout the winter. Along with learning tips and techniques, attendees will also receive starter herbs to take home and grow.
