Marathon County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help to find an armed robbery suspect.

On Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017, about 10 p.m., a lone male entered the Family Dollar located at 2205 Grand Ave. in the City of Wausau. The male displayed a black handgun and demanded money from two employees who were preparing to close the store for the day.

The male is described as being approximately 6 feet tall with a slender build. He was dressed in all dark clothing described as a black hooded sweat shirt, a green bandana with some black coloring over his face and blue rubber gloves. Fortunately there were no customers in the store and no employees were hurt. The robber fled on foot and has not been located.
