Peoples State Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Kathy Rein and Jessica Perry.

Kathy Rein is promoted to Vice President of Deposit Operations at the Peoples Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Rein started at Peoples in 2000 as a call center supervisor in which the customer call center was formed under her leadership. Throughout the years she has served in a key project management role as the bank converted its core processing software and later in acquiring two bank branches.

In Rein’s most recent role as electronic banking supervisor she assisted in expanding cash management services and launched the bank’s first mobile banking app. Rein brings extensive expertise and experience in customer service, electronic banking and operations.

Jessica Perry is promoted to e-Banking Supervisor at the Peoples Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Perry started as a call center agent with Peoples in 2005 and was later promoted to call center supervisor. Under her leadership, the call center expanded support services and consistently exceeded customer referral goals.

Perry served as an electronic banking specialist for the past three years, and she received the Accredited ACH Professional certification in 2016. Perry brings broad knowledge of electronic banking and delivering exceptional customer service.
