The Woodson YMCA will invite community members to experience the benefits of body and mind exercise, through our FREE Community Yoga classes at both locations on Sat. Oct. 7. Yoga can complement just about any physical activity by putting the focus on breath and movement. We will have various styles of yoga to choose from, three at the Wausau Branch Yoga Studio and a class at our Aspirus Branch in Weston.

Wausau Branch Yoga Studio (707 Third Street, Wausau)

• 9 a.m. Vinyasa Flow
• 10 a.m. Flow and Stretch Yoga

Aspirus Branch Studio B (3402 Howland Ave., Weston)
• 10 a.m. Basic Flow Yoga

In addition, we encourage community members to consider making a healthy commitment to yourself while saving money. From Oct. 1–Oct. 7, the Y will offer new membership with no Joiner Fee and ½ off the dues for October. The savings is more than $84 off an Adult Membership. You may begin membership at either Woodson YMCA location. Hurry, Minimum 6 month commitment and excludes short term memberships.
