Get a crash course in Internet basics at MCPL Edgar Branch
If you’ve been putting off getting online and learning how to use the Internet, now is your chance to learn how! The Marathon County Public Library will offer a free course in Internet basics on September 13 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at its Edgar Branch, 224 S. Third Ave., Edgar.
Attendees of the class will learn about using different web browsers, will receive a brief tutorial on using email, learn about Internet safety, how to access MCPL’s online resources, and more. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
