Bestselling author Nickolas Butler to visit MCPL Wausau August 22
The Marathon County Public Library will welcome back Wisconsin author Nickolas Butler for a reading and discussion of his latest book The Hearts of Men on August 22 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at MCPL’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau!
Butler, an internationally bestselling and award-winning author, returns to MCPL for his first visit since 2015. He’ll read from his latest book The Hearts of Men, which follows the lives of two Scouts who become friends at the fictional Camp Chippewa as other characters weave in and out of their lives. Like his first novel Shotgun Lovesongs, this story also takes place in the Badger State. A Q&A and book signing will follow the reading.
