Lift someone’s spirit with a handmade felt star at MCPL Wausau
Be the star of someone’s day by giving them a felt star that you crafted at the Marathon County Public Library! MCPL will offer its “Craftivism: You Are a Star” program for teens on July 19 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at its Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Teens will get a brief intro to sewing and embroidery and will then have the chance to make their own felt star, with the guidance of library staff. These stars can then be gifted to a friend, family member or anyone else whose day you want to brighten! All supplies will be provided.
